Associate Design Researcher and Consultant
Innovation interests me in a broad sense, and I always view it as a social phenomenon. As such, I understand service as the fundamental basis of all economic activity.
I consider myself as a design researcher both at the enterprise and academy levels. This is backed by +15 years of experience as a ITC project manager and a master degree on Knowledge Management with the thesis “INNOVATION IN SERVICES AND THE KNOWLEDGE CREATION PROCESS: a proposal for a service design method”.
As a PhD candidate and a practitioner I am interested in embed innovation practices into service of everyday life. Those are the reasons why I am pleased to be part of the live|work team.
