Over the past 5 years I’ve worked with live|work as a senior designer on a diverse range of projects covering subjects such as financial services, telecoms, energy and worklessness. Working in service design provides me with the opportunity to apply design thinking to areas many wouldn’t consider to be within the traditional remit of design, however, I’ve found it tends to be these areas that benefit the most from this new approach to tackling their issues.

Visualising problems, ideas and customer experiences has become my speciality. Good communication is vital to the work we do and if you can draw what you mean it really helps!
